Pork chops with the cheesy crust! These chops are perfect to go with garlic rice. I am telling you. You can make gravy if you want to enhance the flavour of these chops but I don’t need it. As simple as ketchup works for me. Most of the time you won’t be needing any dipping sauce because the cheese alone is amazing! Give this recipe a try and feel free to add more ingredients. Give it your take. For example, try mixing Parmesan cheese with different types of cheeses. I have tried combining Parmesan and Cheddar. It tasted magical! I hope this makes you happy today. Enjoy!
1 serving cooking spray
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
2 eaches boneless pork chops, trimmed
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a baking dish.
Step 3: In a small mixing bowl, crack an egg and whisk well.
Step 4: On a clean plate, add in the Cajun seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Whisk until well combined.
Step 5: Dip one pork chop at a time into the egg wash then to the cheese mixture. Coat both sides evenly.
Step 6: Arrange the pork chops into the prepared baking dish.
Step 7: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the colour turns golden and a thermometer inserted in the middle reads 63 degrees C or 145 degrees F.
Step 8: Remove from the oven.
Step 9: Serve hot and enjoy!
