By the way, this bread is non-yeast. It’s the perfect bread to serve on special occasions. The moist insides of this bread and the amazing crust will make you want to eat the entire thing! 1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
3 ripe bananas mashed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
4 tbsp sour cream
2 cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Cream Cheese Mixture:
8 to 10 oz cream cheese softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp flour
Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, add the butter, egg, and sugar. Whisk until well mixed and creamy.
Step 2: In another mixing bowl, add the sour cream and baking soda. Stir until well mixed. Add 2 cups of flour, bananas, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
Step 3: Transfer the mixture over the egg mixture. Stir until well mixed.
Step 4: Divide the batter into two.
Step 5: Pour in the 1st bowl into the prepared 9×5-inch bread pans.
Step 6: Cover the layers with the 2nd bowl.
Step 7: Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.
Step 8: Bake inside the oven at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Step 9: Remove from the oven let them sit on a wire rack to cool at room temperature.
