Ingredients:

Air Fryer Steak Marinade:

1 tsp oil

1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

1/2 teaspoon dried garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried onion powder

1 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Air Fryer Asparagus:

1 pound asparagus, tough ends trimmed (could replace with spears of zucchini)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon oil (optional)

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the air fryer and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Trim any excess fat off the steak and slice it into small pieces.

Step 3: In a ziplock bag, add the marinade ingredients; Montreal seasoning, oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.

Step 4: Add the slices of steak into the bowl with the marinade. Toss and massage until well coated.

Step 5: Apply cooking spray on the bottom of the preheated air fryer.

Step 6: Add the slices of steak and cook for 4 to 6 minutes or until cooked to your preference.

Step 7: Mix 1/4 salt and 1/2 teaspoon of oil, then toss the asparagus until well coated.

Step 8: Set aside the cooked steak and add the asparagus and cook for 3 more minutes.

Step 9: Transfer the steak and asparagus on a clean serving plate.

Step 10: Serve and enjoy!
